Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

stagecropry operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept them you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract between you and stagecropry under the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract to use this site. The site is intended for professionals and organisations involved in video production, live broadcasting and media distribution. You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected with professional video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and the creation of reliable feeds for news and television. Any other use requires prior written consent from stagecropry.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems. You must not upload or transmit material that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or harmful. You must not interfere with the site’s operation, reverse engineer any software or use automated tools to scrape or harvest data. Breach of these rules may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

Accounts, submissions and user content

If you create an account you must keep your login details secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. Any content you submit, including enquiries through the contact form, remains your responsibility. You grant stagecropry a non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to respond to your enquiry or provide the requested service. We do not publish user content on public pages of the site.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, graphics, logos and other material on the site are owned by stagecropry or its licensors. You may view pages for your own professional use but you must not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission. Trademarks such as the stagecropry name and logo may not be used in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior approval.

Third-party services and links

The site may contain references to third-party tools or services used in media feed operations. These references do not constitute endorsement. stagecropry is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party sites or services. You use them at your own risk and should review their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

stagecropry aims to keep the site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate the site or your access at any time without notice for maintenance, legal reasons or suspected breach. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While we strive for accuracy in describing our media feed services, we make no warranty that the information is complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the paragraph above, stagecropry’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to stagecropry in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, data or profits, whether foreseeable or not.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless stagecropry, its officers and employees from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from your use of the site in a manner that infringes third-party rights.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to rely on mandatory consumer protection rules. Alternative dispute resolution may be available through approved schemes but is not compulsory.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision of these terms is found invalid the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We may amend these terms at any time; the version on the site at the time of use applies. For questions contact us using the form on the Contacts page or by writing to 70 Alston Drive, Bradwell Abbey, Milton Keynes, MK13 9HG, United Kingdom, telephoning +44 (0)1908 943330 or emailing [email protected].
